About Us

About Us

A yoga wear workshop making leggings for brands rather than for a marketplace listing.

What this covers

About Us, in detail

The points below are the ones that come up in the first conversation. Anything that depends on your order — the minimum, the lead time, the price — is quoted rather than published, because it moves with the fabric and the colour.

What we make

Yoga leggings first, plus the shorts, tops, bras and matched sets that go with them.

How we work

Small trial runs to start, then repeat production once the fit and the fabric are settled.

Where we are

Registered in Minhang District, Shanghai, and shipping worldwide. The full postal address and a map are on the contact page.

Range planning

What a yoga range is actually made of

Brands rarely buy one garment. A collection is assembled from a small set of pieces that have to sit together, which is why fabric and rise are decided once and carried across the range.

Full-length legging

The anchor piece. Everything else in the range is chosen to sit with it — rise, waistband depth and fabric all start here.

Capri or cropped legging

The same block cut shorter, so a summer drop does not need a second fit approval.

Shorts

Studio and summer lengths. Cut from the legging fabrics so a set matches exactly.

Sports bra

Low to medium support, designed with the legging rather than alongside it — legging plus bra is the most common way a yoga range is bought.

Tank or crop top

The layer that makes the range wearable outside the studio.

Matched set

Legging and top sold as one unit. This is what most suppliers ship and most brands put on the front of the collection.

Skirt or skort

For yoga, tennis and golf ranges, built over the same inner shorts as the leggings.

How we work

From a brief to a packed carton

Five stages, and each one gates the next. The two that most often need a second round are the fit and the colour, which is why both are approved against a retained standard before production starts.

Brief and fabric

We agree the style, the fabric and the size grade. Nothing is cut until these three are settled.

First sample

A wear-test piece is made in the agreed fabric and colour so the fit can be judged on a body.

Fit round

Rise, waistband depth, inseam and through-the-thigh are adjusted until the fit is right.

Fabric and colour approval

The fabric and the colour are signed off against a retained standard, which is what a repeat order is checked against.

Production and packing

The run is cut, sewn, checked against the approved sample, then labelled and packed.

Quality control

What gets checked before a carton is closed

Inspection is a sequence rather than a final glance. Each check below is done against something that was approved earlier, not against an opinion on the day.

Fabric and colourWeight and stretch against the approved sample, and colour against the approved swatch, under standard lighting.
Opacity under stretchThe legging is stretched as it would be in a squat and checked against a contrasting background. This is the check that decides whether a fabric is usable for a light colour.
Stitching and fitSeam strength, flatlock and coverstitch quality, waistband recovery, and a fit check against the graded size set.
Before packingMeasurement against the size chart, trim and label check, and a final visual pass.

Before you enquire

The questions buyers ask first

Answered the same way here as they are by email — including the ones where the honest answer is that the number moves with the order.

What is the minimum order quantity?

We do not publish a minimum we cannot hold to. The floor is set by the fabric and the dye lot, so it moves with the colour and the style you choose. Tell us the style, the fabric and the quantity you have in mind and the minimum comes back with the quote.

Can you match a sample we already have?

Yes. Send the garment and we work from it: fabric weight, stretch, rise, inseam and size grade, followed by a wear-test piece before any production run.

Do you make tops and bras as well as leggings?

Yes. Leggings are the main line, with shorts, skirts, tanks, sports bras and matched sets made from the same fabrics so the range reads as one collection rather than a pile of separates.

How long does production take?

It depends on the fabric, the quantity and the season, so it is given per enquiry rather than published as a flat figure. The decisions listed above are the ones that move it most.

Can we use our own label and packaging?

Yes. Woven labels, printed care labels, hang tags and packaging are all part of private label production, and they are quoted with the garments rather than added afterwards.

How is opacity checked before a run?

The fabric is stretched as it would be worn and checked against a contrasting background in daylight. The check is done in the lightest colour in the range, because the fabric that passes in black is the one that fails in white.
